Griddle

Titanium surfaced
• Never flood a hot griddle
with cold water. This can
warp or crack the aluminum
plate.
• Do not clean any part of the
griddle in a self-cleaning
oven.
• Remove drip tray and discard
grease into a grease resistant
container for disposal. Wash
drip tray in warm soapy water
or place in dishwasher. Wipe
griddle surface with warm
soapy water then rinse with
warm water. Wipe dry with a
soft cloth.
• If food particles stick to the
griddle plate, remove with a
mild abrasive cleaner such as
Soft Scrub
®
.

• Non-abrasive Cleaners: Hot
water and detergent,
ammonia, Fantastic

. Rinse and dry
immediately.

stubborn stains: soap-filled

• Do not clean any part of the
grill assembly in a self-
cleaning oven.
• Abrasive cleaners, used too
vigorously or too often, will
eventually scratch the steel.
• When disassembling,
cleaning and reassembling
the grill, avoid contact with
the spark igniter.
