freefrom defectivematerialsor workmanship in normal residential usefora period of three (3)years from the

ate oforiginalretailpurchaseor closing datefornewconstruction,whichever period is longer. Viking Range
Corporation, warrantor, agrees to repairorreplace, at itsoption,anypart which fails or isfoundto be defective
during the warranty period.
*FULLNINETY (90) DAY COSMETICWARRANTY: Productis warrantedto be free from

VikingRangeCorporation useshigh qualityprocesses andmaterialsavailableto produce all
colorfinishes.However,slightcolor variationmaybe noticedbecause of theinherent

ifferencesinpaintedpartsandporcelainpartsas wellas differencesinkitchenlighting,
productlocations, and other factors. Therefore, this warrantydoes notapply to color variation
attributable to suchfactors.

FULL NINETY (90)DAYWARRANTY IN "RESIDENTIAL PLUS" APPLICATIONS: Thisfull
warrantyapplies to applications whereuseof the product extendsbeyondnormalresidential
use, butthewarranty periodforproductsusedin such applications is ninety(90)days.

xamples of applicationscovered by thiswarrantyarebedandbreakfasts,fire stations,private
clubs, churches,yachts, etc.Under this"Residential Plus"warranty, the product,itscomponents
and accessories arewarrantedto be free fromdefectivematerialor workmanship for aperiod
ofninety(90) daysfrom thedateof original retailpurchase. Thiswarrantyexcludes useof the
productin allcommercial locations such as restaurants,foodservice locationsandinstitutional
food service locations.
FIVE YEARLIMITED WARRANTY ONBURNERS
Any surfaceburner, griddleburner,grillburner, oroven burner whichfailsdueto defectivematerialsor
workmanship(excluding cosmetic failures)in normal householduseduringthefourththrough fifth year
fromthedateoforiginal retailpurchasewillberepairedor replaced, freeofchargeforthepartitself, with
the owner paying allother costs,includinglabor.This doesnotinclude ignition systems, burner bases, etc.
TEN YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ONPORCELAIN
Any porcelainovenorporcelaininnerdoorpanel which rusts through dueto defectivematerialsor
workmanshipin normal householduseduringthefourththrough thetenth yearfrom thedateoforiginal
retail purchasewillberepairedor replaced,freeof chargeforthepartitself, withtheowner payingall
othercosts,includinglabor.
TERMSAND CONDITIONS
This warranty extends totheoriginalpurchaserof theproduct warrantedhereunderandtoeachtransferee
ownerof theproduct duringthetermof the warranty andappliestoproductspurchasedandlocated in
the United StatesandCanada. Products mustbepurchasedin thecountry where serviceisrequested. If
the productoroneof its componentparts contains adefectormalfunction duringthefullwarranty period
aftera reasonablenumberofattempts by the warrantorto remedythedefector malfunction,theowner is
entitledto eithera refundor replacement of theproduct or its componentpartorparts.Replacement of a
component partincludes itsfree installation,exceptasspecifiedunder thelimitedwarranty. Underthe
terms of thiswarranty, servicemust beperformedby afactory authorizedVikingRangeCorporation
service agent or representative. Servicewill be provided duringnormal business hours,andlabor
performedat overtime or premium rates shall not be covered by thiswarranty.
Ownershall be responsibleforproperinstallation, providingreasonable andnecessarymaintenance,
providing proofof purchase upon request, andmakingtheappliancereasonably accessibleforservice.
The return of theOwner RegistrationCard isnota conditionof warranty coverage. Youshould, however,
return the Owner RegistrationCard so thatVikingRange Corporation cancontactyoushouldanyquestion
ofsafetyarise which could affectyou.
This warranty gives youspecific legal rights,andyoumayalso haveother rightswhich mayvaryfrom
jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
WHATIS NOT COVERED BY THISWARRANTY: This warranty shall notapply to damageresultingfrom
abuse, failure toprovidereasonable and necessarymaintenance,accident,delivery, negligence, natural
disaster, lossof electrical power totheproductfor anyreason, alteration, outdooruse, improperinstallation,
improper operation,or repairor service oftheproductby anyoneother thanan authorized Viking Range
Corporationservice agency or representative. Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto commercialusage.
LIMITATIONOF REMEDIES AND DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTYOWNER’SSOLE AND EXCLUSIVE
REMEDY FOR A CLAIM OFANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THISPRODUCT SHALL BE THE REMEDIESSET
FORTH ABOVE.VIKING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FORCONSEQUENTIALOR INCIDENTAL DAMAGE,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITEDTO FOOD ORMEDICINE LOSS,DUE TO PRODUCTFAILURE, WHETHER
ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OFCONTRACT OROTHERWISE. Somejurisdictions
donotallow theexclusionor limitationof incidental orconsequential damages, so theabove limitationor
exclusions maynotapply to you.ANYIMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE APPLICABLE TOTHISPRODUCT ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TOTHE PERIOD
OF COVERAGE OF THE APPLICABLEEXPRESS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.
