FIVE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

workmanship in normal household use during the secondthrough fifth year from the dateof original retail
purchasewill berepaired orreplaced, free of charge for thepart itself, withthe owner paying all other costs,

ENYEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Any porcelain oven orporcelain inner doorpanel which rusts through duetodefectivematerials or
workmanship in normal household use during the secondthrough the tenthyear fromthe date oforiginal
retail purchasewill be repairedorreplaced, free of charge for the part itself, with the ownerpaying allother
costs,including labor.
NINETY(90)DAYRESIDENTIALPLUSWARRANTY
Thiswarrantyappliestoapplicationswhereuseoftheproductextendsbeyondnormalresidentialuse. Examplesare,
butnotlimitedto,bedandbreakfasts,firestations,privateclubs,churches,etc. Thiswarrantyexcludesallcommercial
locationssuchasrestaurants,foodservicelocationsandinstitutionalfoodservicelocations.
This warrantyextends tothe original purchaser of theproduct warranted hereunder and toeach transferee
owner of the product during the term of the warranty.
This warrantyshall apply to products purchased and located in theUnited Statesand Canada. Productsmust
be purchased in the country where service isrequested. Warranty laborshallbe performed by an authorized
VikingRange Corporation service agency or representative.Warranty shall not apply to damage resulting from
abuse,accident, natural disaster, loss ofelectrical powerto the productfor anyreason, alteration, outdoor use,
improperinstallation, improperoperation, orrepair orservice ofthe product by anyoneother thanan
authorized Viking Range Corporationservice agency orrepresentative. This warrantydoes not applyto
commercial usage. Warrantor is not responsible for consequential or incidental damage whether arising out of
breach ofwarranty, breach of contract, orotherwise. Some jurisdictions DO NOT allow the exclusion or
limitation ofincidental ofconsequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusionmay not apply to you.
Owner shall be responsible for proper installation, providing normal care and maintenance, providing proofof
purchaseupon request, andmaking the appliancereasonably accessible for service.Iftheproduct or one of its
componentpartscontains adefectormalfunction during the warranty period,after areasonable number of
attempts by the warrantorto remedythe defects or malfunctions, the owner is entitled to either arefund or
replacementof the productorits componentpart orparts. Warrantor’s liability on any claim of any kind, with
respect to the goods or services coveredhereunder,shall in nocase exceed the price of thegoodsor service
or partthereof which gives riseto the claim.
WARRANTY SERVICE
Under the termsof thiswarranty, service must beperformedby afactory authorized Viking Range Corporation
service agentor representative.Service will be providedduringnormalbusiness hours, and laborperformed at
overtime or premium rates shall not be covered bythis warranty. To obtain warranty service, contact the dealer
from whomthe product was purchased, an authorized Viking Range Corporationservice agent, orViking
Range Corporation. Providemodel and serial number and date oforiginal purchase. For the name of your
nearest authorized Viking RangeCorporation serviceagency, call the dealer from whomthe product was
purchased or Viking Range Corporation. IMPORTANT: Retainproofoforiginal purchase toestablishwarranty
period.
The returnof the Owner RegistrationCard is not a condition of warranty coverage.
You should, however,
returnthe Owner Registration Cardsothat Viking Range Corporationcan contact you shouldany question of
safetyarisewhich could affect you.
Any implied warranties ofmerchantability andfitness applicable to theabovedescribedsurface burner, griddle
burner, grill burner,oven burner, porcelain oven,or porcelain inner door panelare limited in duration to the
periodofcoverage of the applicable express written limitedwarranties set forth above. Some jurisdictions DO
NOT allow limitationsonhow long animplied warranty lasts, so theabovelimitation may notapplyto you.
This warrantygives you specificlegalrights, and you mayalso have other rightswhichmayvary from
jurisdictiontojurisdiction.
