Unit Does Not Come On
Controller Display Panel Light is Not On
Possible Cause Solution
Unit is not plugged in Make sure power cord is plugged into outlet.
Plug not correct on unit Make sure the cord location and switch are
both designating same plug (i.e. rear plug is
switched on when cord is plugged into that
outlet).
Power switch not on Turn unit on with toggle switch on
controller
No power to outlet Reset circuit breaker on unit by pushing
reset button located on right side of unit
above the plug outlet.
No power to unit Locate the WhisperKOOL dedicated circuit
breaker in the home’s main circuit panel.
Push breaker firmly to the off position and
then reset by pushing firmly to the on
position.
Unit Leaks Water
Water is Leaking from Unit
Possible Cause Solution
Unit is not level Unit should be level in wall to prevent
leaking.
Drain line is needed Your unit was shipped with a drain line and
brass fitting. If you are in a high humidity
area, you need to install the drain line for
excess condensation that may occur from
excessive moisture introduced into the air.
