Symptom Fault code Solution
The machine will not start ■ The On/Off button has not been pressed.
■ The door has not been properly closed, (open
door indicator light flashes).
■ The plug is not properly inserted in the power
socket.
■ Check the plug fuse.
■ There is no current at the socket.
The dishwasher does not Indicator light ■ Ensure the water tap is open.

flashes ■ The inlet hose may be squashed or bent.
Reposition the hose.
■ The inlet hose may be blocked.
Switch off the water supply, and clean the filter.
The filters are blocked Alarm A3
■ Clean the filters (refer to “Maintenance and

display ■ The spray arms are not rotating. Ensure the
crockery is loaded correctly.
The dishwasher will not drain Alarm A6 ■ The drain hose may be squashed or bent.

Alarms A1, A2, A7 ■ Switch off the dishwasher. Switch it back on and

Certain problems are due to lack of simple maintenance or oversights, which can be solved easily without calling
out an engineer. Before contacting your local Service Force Centre, please carry out the checks listed below.
The dishwasher is fitted with a fault indication system, and the following codes may be displayed (A1, A2, A3, A6,
A7) which can help you to determine the cause of any problems.
All indicator lights on the control panel are off (except the indicator light of the phase under way), the machine
stops and a fault code appears in the display.
- press the "Start" pushbutton to reset the alarm and restart the wash programme.
If the fault code reappears in the display, before contacting your local Service Force Centre, carry out the following
suggested corrective actions:
