USING YOUR INDUCTION COOKTOP
HELPFUL HINT:
1. Read all instructions and important safeguards.
2. Remove all packaging materials and check that all items have been
received in good condition.
3. Tear up all plastic bags as they can pose a risk to children.
4. Wipe the glass cooktop clean with a damp cloth.
Before First Use:
To Cook With Induction:
1. Plug the POWER CORD into an available power outlet. The unit will
beep and the fan will quickly turn on and off to indicate it is
receiving power.
2. Place the induction-ready cookware to be used onto the GLASS
COOKTOP. The cookware should be placed onto the COOKWARE
CIRCLE so that the inner circle is centered underneath the cookware.
3. Press the POWER button to turn the induction cooktop on. The
cooktop will beep and the POWER INDICATOR LIGHT will flash to
indicate the c
ooktop is in a standby mode.
4. Press the TIME/POWER UP (+) or TIME/POWER DOWN (-) button once.
The induction cooktop begin cooking at its default power level of 4.
5. Choose the desired power level by pressing the TIME/POWER UP (+) or
TIME/POWER DOWN (-) buttons. The induction cooktop sets from
level 1, the lowest power level, to level 6 at the high end.
NOTE:
•Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
•Do not immerse the induction cooktop in water at any time.
•For a list of suggested induction compatible cookware, see
“Selecting the Right Cookware” on page 4.
NOTE:
•Similar to your stovetop, the temperature reached by each
temperature level will vary based upon the type of cookware being
used and the food that is being cooked.
6. To set a cooktime, press the TIMER button to change the DIGITAL
DISPLAY from power level to time. The display will default to 30
minutes.
7. Press the TIME/POWER UP (+) or TIME/POWER DOWN (-) buttons to
select the needed time, up to 180 minutes.

COMO USAR SU APARATO
CONSEJO ÚTIL:
1. Lea detenidamente todas las instrucciones y las medidas de
seguridad.
2. Desempaque su estufa y verifique que todas las partes y accesorios
hayan llegado en buen estado.
3. Rompa y deshágase de todas las bolsas de platico ya que pueden
convertirse en un riesgo para los niños.
4. Enjuague el vidrio de la estufa con un trapo húmedo y suave.
Antes de su primer uso:
Para cocinar con inducción:
1. Conecte el cable en un enchufe disponible. La unidad emitirá un
pitido y el ventilador se prenderá y apagará con rapidez para indicar
que está recibiendo corriente.
2. Coloque los utensilios compatibles con la Inducción que va a usar en
el cristal de la estufa. Los utensilios deben situarse en el circulo de tal
forma que el circulo interior quede centrado por debajo de los
utensilios.
3. Presione el botón de poder (power) para
prender la estufa de
inducción, la cual emitirá un pitido y la luz indicadora de encendido
parpadeará para avisarnos que la estufa está en la modalidad de
espera.
4. Presione una sola vez el botón de tiempo/arranque (time/power up) o
el de tiempo/apagar (time/power down). La estufa de inducción
empezará a cocinar en su nivel 4.
5. Seleccione el nivel de potencia deseada apretando los botones de
tiempo/arranque (time/power up) o
tiempo/apagar (time/power
down). La Estufa de Inducción se puede ajustar desde el nivel #1 (el
nivel mas bajo de poder) hasta el nivel #6 (el punto alto).
NOTA:
•No use limpiadores raspantes y abrasivos.
•Nunca sumerja la Estufa de Inducción en el agua.
•Para una lista de utensilios compatibles con la Inducción vaya a
“Escogiendo los utensilios correctos” en la página 4.
NOTA:
•Al igual que su estufa casera, la temperatura alcanzada y obtenida
en cada nivel, variará mucho dependiendo del tipo de utensilio
que se está utilizando así como de la comida que se está
cocinando.
