REPLACINGTHEOVENLIGHTBULB

protectioncapthatprojectsoutinsidetheoven.

COOLINGFANFAILURE
Bertazzoni ranges areequipped with a cooling
fan.Thefan startsoperatingeach timetheoven
knobisonapositiondifferentfrom0(zero).
The fancirculates the air between the control
paneland theoven door,allowing thecontrol
panel and theoven door
to remain cool while
cooking.
Malfunctionofthecoolingfanisindicatedbythe
FANFAILURElightsituatedattheleftsideofthe
control panel. If the light is on, turn off all
burnersassoonaspossibleand callthecustome r
service hotline toschedule service by a factory
trainedprofessional.

Cleaningafterinstallation: useastainlesssteel
cleaningproductorwipetoeliminatetheglue
residues of the blue protection film after
removal.
Cleaning the worktop: periodically clean the
burner
heads,thecastironpansupportsandthe
burner caps using warm water. Remove burned
food andfat residues with arubber spatula. If
foodresiduepreventthesmoothoperationof
the control knobs, call the customer servce
hotline to schedule service by afactorytrained
professional.
Cleaning stainlesssteel:
for bestresults usea
stainlesssteelcleanerproductwithasoftsponge
or wipe.Alternatively use asoft spongeor cloth
withawarmsoapandwatersolution.Neveruse
abrasivepowdersorliquids!
Cleaning theburner caps:lift the burnercaps
fromtheburnerheadsandwashthem
inawarm
soap andwater solution.Dry thoroughlybefore
usingthemagain.Beforereinstallingthemonthe
burnerhead,checkthatthegasflow holesare
not clogged with food residues or cleaning
productresidues.
Cleaning the griddle: Thoroughly clean the
griddle of grease and food particles, using a
square
edgedspatula,whileitisstillhot.Remove
drip tray and discard grease into a grease
resistantcontainerfordisposal.Washdriptray
withhotsoapywater,rinseanddry.Wipethe
griddlewithadry,heavy,coarseclothtoremove
any remainingresidue and foodparticles. Wash
withhot
soapywater, rinseand dry.Once the
griddlehascooled,rubthesurfacelightlywith
vesetable oil. Do not use corn oil or cooking
spraysas theygetsticky. Ifthegridlleis cleaned
with anything other than a dry, heavy, coarse
cloth,it willneed tobereseasoned.Never
flood
thehotgriddlewithcoldwater.Thiscouldcause
thegriddletocrackorwarp.
Cleaning Enamel: enamelled parts should be
cleanedfrequentlywithawarm soapandwater
solution applied with a soft sponge or wipe.
Neveruseabrasivepowdersorliquids!Donot
leave acid or alkaline substances
on the
enamelled parts (such asvinegar, lemon juice,
