HOTPLATE
The dual control wok burner consist of a smaller inner and larger o uter burner that can operate either together or
separately. The use of both burners on maximum setting, together with large pans, gives a very high output and
reduces heating
times. Use of the two burners together provides a more uniform distribution of heat on the
bottom of the pan.
Cookware of all sizes can be used above the dual control wok burner.
For small pans it is recommended that only
the inner burner is used.
The control knob marked
operates the outer burner.

OVAL BURNERS
The two oval burners on the right hand side of the hotplates can be turned through 90° to suit the shape of the
cookware being used.

rectangular dishes
and when using
the griddle plate.

All pans should be placed centrally over the burners. All hotplates can accommodate pans between 100mm (4)
and 200mm (8). Pans up to 260mm (10) can be used on the dual wok burner.
