cleanthegreasefilter(seeFig.2).Itgoeswithout
sayingthatthegrease filtercanbecleanedatany
time,even if the grease filtersaturationdisplayis
notflashing.
Themetalgreasefilters can be removed easily for
cleaning(seeFig. 12):
Gripthehandlerailofthegreasefilterandpullthe
greasefiltertowards you out of the unit.
Themetalgreasefilters can be cleaned in a dish-
washer at a maximum temperatureof65°C
(149 °F), whereitshouldbesupported vertically
to
allowfoodorresidue to drain off.
Slightdiscolorationsmayoccurwhencleaning
metalfiltersinadishwasher.
Ifpossible,theinnerparts of the housing should be
wipedoutwithhotwater when replacingthefilters.
Thesoundinsulationmatscanbecleanedeasily.
Avoid using pointedorrough objects whencleaning
them.
After cleaning it,re-insert the grease filterinthe
hoodinthepositionfromwhereyouremovedit.
Thegreasefiltersaturation displayisresetby
pressingtheFkey. Flashing of the indicating lamp
goesoff.
Note:
Activated charcoalfilters do not containany
pollutingsubstances.They can be disposed of
through the normal refuse collection channels.
