Internal temperature isthe best

Use TEMP C.00K/HOLD to
cook a variety of foods to the
desired finishedfood ten-qxmture.
The TIME COOK I &11 setting
isrecommended for batters,
doughs, frozen foods and foods
which are difficult to cook
precisely with the probe.
“TEMP COOK/HOLD” takesthe
guessworkout ofcookingbecause
theovenautomaticallysignalswith
fourbeeps whenthe foodreaches
(hepreset temperature. The Hold
featurewilfmaintainthistemperature
forup to twelvehours or untilyou
touchthe CLEAR/OFF pad.

Step 1:Insert temperatureprobe
intoroast andattach probesecurely
in ovenwall. Closethe door.
Step2: TouchTEMPCOOK/HOLD.
“F” and “POWER10”aredisplayed
and “ENTER TEMP” flashes.
Step 3: Touch 1,2,5 for 125”F.
“TEMP~’“POWER 10”and
“125F”are displayed.
Step 4: TouchPOWER LEVEL
pad. “ENTER POWER” flashes.
Touch5 for medium power.
“TEMP,” “POWER 5“ and
“125F” showon display.
Step 5: TouchSTART.If internal
temperature ofthe roast is lessthan
80°F., displaywill show “COOL”
and “FOOD TEMP.”If temperature
is 80°F.or above,displayshows
temperature countingup.
Step 6: When 125”F.is reached,
the ovenwill sound and display
“HOLD:’ The ovenwill then hold
the temperature.
Step 7:Touchthe CLEAR/OFF
pad to stop the cycle.
Step8: Removeprobe and food
from the oven.

probe, closed the door,touched

A. Youmayhaveenteredan
incorrecttemperature.Any food
temperaturefrom 80°to 199°F.
maybe enteredfor TEMP COOK/
HOLD. TouchCLEAR/QFF and
begin again.
Q. Are there any foodsI can’t
Ternp Cook?
A. Yes.Delicatebuttericings, ice
cream, frozenwhippedtoppings,
etc. softenrapidly atwarm
temperatures.Batters, doughsand
frozenfoodsare also difficultto
cook preciselywith the probe. It’s
best toTime Cook thesefoods.
Q. Why did 6TROBE” flash on
the display after I touched the
START pad?
A. “PROBE” will flash ifyou
don’tseatthecable end ofthe probe
securely intothe receptaclein the
ovenwallor if you touchthe TEMP
COOK/HOLD pad and forgetto
use the probe.
Q. Can I leave my probe in the
oven if it%not inserted in food?
A. No, if it touchesthe ovenwall,
you maydamage the oven.
Q. can I Temp cook different
portions of food at different
temperatures?
A. Yes.The temperature probe
gives
you the freedom to cook
different portions of food at
different temperatures to suit
individualeating styles. Simply
place probe in food and change
temperature setting as needed.
