Roasting
Roastingis cookingbydryheat.
Tendermeator poultrycanbe
roasteduncoveredinyouroven.
Roastingtemperatures,which
shouldbe lowandsteady,keep
spatteringto a minimum.When
roasting,itisnotnecessarytosear,
baste,cover,or addwatertoyour
meat.Roastingiseasy,just follow
thesesteps:
