be
used only
as
a
guide since
variables in food may change
cooking times.
2. Avoid using metal utensils with
sharp points or rough or sharp
edges which might damage the
non-stick coated griddle surface
Do not cut foods on the griddle.
Use only heat-resistant dishes
when foods in containers are to
be warmed on the griddle.
3. Preheat griddle 5 minutes unless
otherwise indicated in guide
below. Add oil or butter at end of
preheat time. Additional oil or
butter may be needed during
cooking time.
4. Rearrange or turn foods over as
needed to assure even cooking.
5. Griddle settings may need to be
adjusted if griddle is used for an
extended time.
