Precaution when Freezing Food

Before the hot foods are put
into the refrigerator, first they
should be cooled till their
temperature has reached the
room temperature.
Divide the foods into small fractions, so it
may be easier for the foods to be chill-cold
storage completely, and then the quality of
the foods during deepfreeze refrigeration
and cooking can be checked. And each
fraction of the foods
should be not more
than 2.5 kilograms.
The foods should be in packages before they are
frosted and the surface of their packages must
remain dry, I case the packages of the foods to
chill-cold stogie may freeze to be together. The
package material of the foods should be not
smelly, airproofed, of
innocuity, non-polluted, in
case the smells of the
foods stored may be

quality of the foods stored
may be lowed.
When you store foods, you
should indicate the deepfreeze
refrigeration period of them in
the package bag according
to the storing time of different
foods.
Theoretically, take out the foods daily
needed from the refrigerant room to let them
defrost, and the defrosted foods can not be
frosted again, unless they are refined into

It is not suitable to put too much fresh foods into
the deepfreeze fridge, and it is recommended
that the amount of the foods should not be over

Usage of Ice Maker and the Cold Water
Dispenser
1.Prepare to use the Ice-making equipment and the cold-water equipment
• The water pipe can be cut into to be a length needed, but it should be assured that the water pipe is not over-curved; the length of

• Instructions to the usage of the water supply pipe
The water supplying during the automatic ice-making needs to be cooled, and the water pressure is between 21 and 123 psi.
• The water purer is only for filtering, and it cannot do sterilizing or damage any living, so please connect the water pipe to a
drinkable water source.
2.NOTE
• Don’t install the water pipe of the ice-making machine at a place where the temperature is lower than 32F, in case the water-
blocking pipe may freeze.
