• The water supply pipe is not

• Open the water supply pipe. See “the ice-maker
doesn’t make ice” in the Problem Part.

The water has a strange
smell.
• The water is stored in the
container for a period of time.
• The water container is not
connected to the cold water pipe
correctly.
• The household water supply
pipe routine and its installment
may affect the smell of the water.
• The mineral capacity in the
water is high.
• Take out 10-12 glasses of water and throw them

• Connect the pipe routine to the pipe routine that
provides water for the water tap in the kitchen.
• Better use copper pipe to do water supplying
connecting.
• Connect the water dealing factory for help.
The water pressure is too low.

are too low( only for well system)
The counter- saturation system is
returning.
• Let people circle up the stopping and starting
pressure of the pump system (only for well system)
The water pressure is under 30psi when the
counter- saturation system is returning.
The refrigerator has a terrible smell.

needs cleaning.
• Inside the refrigerator is the food
that is strongly smelly.
• Clean the inside of the refrigerator.
• Wrap the foods closely.

the drawer.

• Put less food in the drawer.
• Clean the drawer and its slide routine.
The lamp is out

• The lamp is damaged.
• The switch of the lamp is
blocked.
• The refrigerator is powered off.

• The switch of the lamp is in the side of
the deepfreeze, deepfreeze fridge and the
temperature-changing room.
• See “make the refrigerator operate” of the

If you hear:
beep
• One door of the refrigerator is
open.
• These beep sounds may repeat every 1 minute,
till the door is closed. This is normal for the “half-
door opening” alarming.
