Cook first on High for the first half of the cooking time, then set to low until poultry is done.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Switch off the appliance by pressing “ON/OFF” on the control
panel in OFF position. Once in OFF position, remove the plug from
the wall. Wait until the appliance and its content have
completely cooled down.
Carefully remove Drip Tray from Main Body and pour grease into
a suitable container.
All removable parts are dishwasher safe or may be washed by
hand in hot soapy water.
