• The glass tray isnot correctly in place. Itshould be correct-side up and sitting
firmlyon the center hub.
• The support is not operatingcorrectly. Remove the glass tray and restartthe
oven, Ifthe hub still does notmove, call Sears Service at 1-80O-4-MY-HOME®.
Cooking without the glass tray can give you poor results,
