Whipped Cream
1 cup (250 ml) heavy
cream
2 tablespoons (25 ml)
powdered sugar

2 teaspoon (2 ml)
vanilla
Place cream in medium bowl. Beat on Speed 6 about
30 seconds, or until soft peaks form. Continuing on
Speed 6, gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Beat about 30 seconds, or until stiff.
Yield: 16 servings (2 tablespoons [25 ml] per serving).

Amaretto Whipped
Cream
Substitute 2 tablespoons (25 ml) amaretto liqueur for

Cappuccino Whipped Cream
Add 2 teaspoons (10 ml) instant coffee granules or
