Speed Use For Description
STIR STIR For slow stirring, combining, mashing,
starting all mixing procedures.
1 SLOW MIXING For slow beating, mashing and kneading
yeast doughs.
2 MIXING, For mixing cookie and cake batters.
BEATING
3 BEATING, For beating, creaming and medium fast
CREAMING whipping.
4 FAST BEATING, For whipping heavy cream, egg whites,
WHIPPING and boiled frostings.
5 FAST WHIPPING For whipping small amounts of heavy
cream or egg whites.
NOTE: Do not exceed Speed 1 when preparing yeast doughs as this may cause damage
to the mixer.
