DAMAGE,WHETHERARISINGDIRECTLYORINDIRECTLYFROMANYCONTRACTUALBREACH,FUNDAMENTALOROTHERWISE,OR
FROMANYACTSOROMISSIONS,TORT,OROTHERWISE.Thiswarrantygivesyouspecificlegalrights.Youmayhaveotherrightswhichmayvary
fromprovincetoprovincedependingonapplicableprovinciallaws.Anytermof thiswarrantythatnegatesorvariesanyimpliedconditionorwarranty
underprovinciallaw isseverablewhereit conflictswithprovinciallawwithoutaffectingtheremainderofthiswarranty'sterms.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Servicetripstodeliver,pickup,orinstalltheproduct;instructingacustomeron
operationoftheproduct;repairorreplacementoffusesorcorrectionofwiringor
plumbing,or correctionof unauthorizedrepairs/installation.
2. Failureoftheproductto performduringpowerfailuresandinterruptionsor
inadequateelectricalservice.
3. Damagecausedby leakyor brokenwaterpipes,frozenwaterpipes,restricted
drainlines,inadequateor interruptedwatersupplyor inadequatesupplyofair.
4. DamageresultingfromoperatingtheProductinacorrosiveatmosphereor
contraryto theinstructionsoutlinedinthe Productowner'smanual.
5. Damagetothe Productcausedbyaccidents,pestsandvermin,lightning,wind,
fire,floods,oractsofGod.
6. Damageresultingfromthemisuse,abuse,improperinstallation,repair,or
maintenanceofthe Product.Improperrepairincludesuseofpartsnotapproved
or specifiedbyLGCanada.
7. Damageorproductfailurecausedbyunauthorizedmodificationoralteration,or
useforotherthan itsintendedpurpose,orresultingfromanywaterleakagedue
toimproperinstallation.
8. Damageor Productfailurecausedbyincorrectelectricalcurrent,voltage,or
plumbingcodes,commercialorindustrialuse,oruseofaccessories,
components,orcleaningproductsthatare notapprovedbyLGCanada.
9. Damagecausedbytransportationandhandling,includingscratches,dents,
chips,and/orotherdamagetothefinishofyourproduct,unlesssuchdamage
resultsfromdefectsinmaterialsorworkmanshipandisreportedwithinone(1)
weekofdelivery.
10. Damageormissingitemstoanydisplay,openbox,discounted,or refurbished
Product.
11. Productswithoriginalserialnumbersthathavebeenremoved,altered,or
cannotbereadilydetermined.ModelandSerialnumbers,alongwithoriginal
retailsalesreceipt,are requiredforwarrantyvalidation.
12. Increasesin utilitycostsandadditionalutilityexpenses.
13. Replacementoflightbulbs,filters,oranyconsumableparts.
14. RepairswhenyourProductisusedinotherthannormalandusualhousehold
use(including,withoutlimitation,commercialuse,in officesor recreational
facilities)or contrarytothe instructionsoutlinedintheProductowner'smanual.
15. CostsassociatedwithremovaloftheProductfromyourhomefor repairs.
16. Theremovaland reinstallationoftheProductifit isinstalledinaninaccessible
locationorisnotinstalledinaccordancewithpublishedinstallationinstructions,
includingthe Productowner'sandinstallationmanuals.
17. Shelves,doorbins,drawers,handles,andaccessoriestothe Product.Also
excludedare partsbesidesthosethatwereoriginallyincludedwiththe Product.
All costs associated with the above excluded circumstances shall be borne by the consumer.
