MELT TABLE
Category Direction Amount
Butter Unwrap and place in 1,2 or 3
microwavable container. No sticks
need to cover butter. Stir at the
end of cooking to complete
melting.
Chocolate Chocolate chips or squares of 4 or 8 oz.
baking chocolate may be used.
Unwrap squares and place in
microwavable container. Stir at
the end of cycle to complete
melting.
Cheese Use processed cheese food 8 or 16 oz.
only. Cut intocubes. Place in a
single layer in microwavable
container. Stir at the end of
cooking to complete melting.
Marshmallows Large or miniature 5 or 10 oz.
marshmallows may be used.
Place in microwavable
container. Stir at the end of
cycle to complete melting.
SOFTEN TABLE

Ice Cream Place container in oven. Ice cream Pint, Quart,
will be soft enough to make Half gallon
scooping easier.

Cheese container. Cream cheese will be at
room temperature and ready for
use in recipe.
Frozen Remove top. 6, 12 or 16
Juice Place in oven. oz.
Frozen juice will be soft enough to
easily mix with water.
