All data input or adjustments are done
with the "+" or "–" button.
Changes to the start, length or end of
cooking time, or time of day are made
in 1 minute steps.
As soon as one of the (Start, Cook,
End) buttons is pressed, the indicator
between the "+" and "–" buttons will
light allowing times to be entered or
changed.
Once the indicator light goes out, any
data input or change will be stored.
