COFFEEMAKER FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Your new MR. COFFEE
®
coffeemaker has the following features:
• 12-cup Brewing Capacity
• Removable Filter Basket – The filter basket lifts out for fast and easy cleaning
and filling.
• Pause ‘n Serve – Can’t wait for the coffee to finish brewing? The Pause ‘n Serve
feature allows you up to 30 seconds to pour a cup of coffee while the
coffeemaker is still brewing. Carefully remove the decanter and the Pause ’n
Serve feature will be automatically activated, temporarily stopping the flow of
coffee into the decanter.
• Dual Water Windows – Shows amount of water in the reservoir for accurate
filling.
• Non-Stick Warmer Plate – This feature allows you to keep your coffee hot after
brewing. The non-stick attribute prevents the decanter from sticking to the
surface of the warming plate.
• Brew Strength Selector – Adjusts the brewing time to create a more full-
flavored coffee.
• Water Filtration System – Great tasting coffee begins with great water!
Improves the taste of your coffee by removing 97% of the chlorine from the
water you use for brewing (not included with FTS12/FTS13).
• Cord Storage – Safely stores excess cord to keep your countertop neat.
• Removable Stainless Steel Shower Head Cover – Allows you to take off the
shower head cover for easy cleaning.
• On/Off Indicator Light – Lets you know when your coffeemaker is “on”.

6. Circule el remanente de la solución limpiadora a través de la cafetera.

11. Comience a colar y permita que concluya el ciclo de colar completo.
12. Repita los Pasos 8 al 11 una vez más.

Para modelos programables (FTX20/FTX23/FTX25/FTX26,
FTXSS20/FTXSS23/FTXSS26):
Siga los Pasos 1 al 3 antedichos y oprima el botón SELECTOR (SELECT) hasta que la luz roja
de LIMPIO (CLEAN) se encienda. Para su conveniencia, el ciclo de limpieza es automático.
El ciclo completo tomará de 45 a 60 minutos en completarse. Durante la limpieza su
cafetera:
1. Colará lentamente aproximadamente 3 tazas de la solución limpiadora.
2. Pausará durante 30 minutos (el indicador de LIMPIO se mantendrá encendido para
indicarle que el proceso está activo). Al final de la pausa su cafetera timbrará.
3. Luego de 30 minutos, su cafetera colará el resto de la solución de limpieza.
4. Cuando termine, la luz de LIMPIO (CLEAN) se apagará y su cafetera timbrará
automáticamente y se apagará. Siga los Pasos 7 al 12 antedichos para enjuagar
completamente la cafetera.
