l. Reinstall the front panel.
NOTE
Use approved pipe joint compound on the large fitting before install-
ing to prevent water leakage. DO NOT use joint compound on the
small nut.
m. Install the large connector nut on the tank and tighten.
n. Carefully reshape the capillary tubes.
o. Place the probe in the clamp.
p. Rescrew the two screws into the probe clamp.
q. Screw the small hex nut inside the cabinet at the front of the tank for the limit control.
r. Replace the element rack assembly.
s. Reconnect the cooker to the facility power source.
3.3.3 Heater Element Replacement
a. Disconnect the cooker from the facility power source.
b. Open the door.
c. Drain the water from the tank.
d. Remove front panel.
e. Remove the wires from the heater element.
f. Remove the element support bar.
g. Remove the limit control bulb clamp.
h. Remove two (2) nuts holding the heating elements in place.
i. Remove the heating element.
j. Place sealant on the new heating element.
k. Install the new heating element in the tank.
