b. Use an ohmmeter to measure the continuity across thew thermostat wires.
c. The thermostat should be closed (0 ohms) below 195°F and open (× ohms) above
195°F.
d. If the thermostat is defective, replace it.
e. Reinstall the front panel.
f. Reconnect the cooker to the facility power source.
