PRE-COOKED MEAT & POULTRY
STEAMING CHART

BOILED EGG STEAMING CHART
BOILED EGGS, IN CUP
1. Place 1 raw egg into each custard cup coated with butter.
Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Place custard cup(s)
into FIRST (1) Steamer Basket.
2. Cover with Lid.
SCRAMBLED EGGS
1. In a small Bowl, beat 6 eggs together. Add 2 tablespoons milk
and seasonings.
2. Coat Rice Cooking Bowl with butter. Add egg mixture.
2. Stir eggs about halfway through cooking, when the eggs start to
set around the edge.
NOTE: If cooking less than 10 minutes, turn Timer to “10” and
then back to desired cooking time.
