C24EO SERIES STEAMERS - REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
HIGH LIMIT THERMOSTAT
Do not sharply bend and kink, or clamp
down on the capillary tube or damage may occur.
1. Remove right SIDE PANEL.
2. Disconnect lead wires from high limit.
3. Remove thermostat from mounting bracket.
4. Remove screw and heat shield to access
capillary bulb.
5. Loosen screws securing capillary bulb.
6. Remove high limit thermostat.
7. Reverse procedure to install and check steamer
for proper operation.
A. Apply a small amount of thermal transfer
compound between capillary bulb and
heating element assembly.
NOTE: Do not clamp bulb with excessive force.
LOW WATER THERMOSTAT
1. Remove right SIDE PANEL and REAR PANEL.
2. Disconnect lead wires.
3. Remove low water thermostat.
4. Reverse procedure to install and check steamer
for proper operation.
A. Apply small amount of thermal transfer
compound to tip of thermostat.
B. Apply Loctite 242 to threads of thermostat.
