Whenever you call to request service for your
appliance, you need to know your complete model
number and serial number. You can find this
information on the model and serial number
label/plate (see “Microwave oven features” in the
“Getting to Know” section). Also, record the other
information shown in the next column.
Keep this book and the sales slip together in a safe place for future reference. It is important for you
to save your sales receipt showing the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will assure you of
in-warranty service.
