Troubleshooting
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The unit is not wired into
a live circuit with proper
voltage.
A household fuse has blown
or a circuit breaker has
tripped.

You are not setting the control
knobs correctly.
You are not pushing in before
turning.
The cooktop is not level.
The pan used is not the
correct type or size.
Cookware does not fit
the surface cooking area
being used.
SOLUTION
Wire the unit into a live circuit with
proper voltage. (See Installation
Instructions.)
Replace household fuse or reset
circuit breaker.
