4. If you want the oven racks to remaln rhlny, remove from the oven
and clean by hand.
Otherwise, put oven racks on second and fourth
guides (guides are counted from bottom to top). After racks are
cleaned in the Self-Cleaning cycle, they become harder to slide.
See chart on page 22.
Chrome reflector bowls must not be
cleaned In the oven. They will discolor.
Turn on the vent hood or other kitchen vent during the Self-Cleaning cycle.
This will help remove heat and odors that are normal during the cycle.

Do not touch the oven durtng the Self-Cleanlng cycle. It could burn
you.

Do not use commercial oven cleaners In your oven. Cleaners may
produce hazardous fumes or damage the poroelaln flnlsh.

Do not force the lock lever, you could bend or break tt. The lever Is
deslgned to stay locked unttl the oven Is cool enough to safely open.

Do not use foll or other Ilners In the oven. Durlng the Self-Cleanlng
cycle foll can burn or melt and damage the oven surface.

Do not block the vent durlng the Self-Cleanlng cycle. Alr must move
freely for best cleaning resutts.

Do not leave plasttc utenslls near the vent. They may melt.
