WOLF FRYER MODULE USE & CARE
Food Oil Temperature Deep-Frying Time Comments

Chicken Nuggets 350˚F (175˚C) 2–3 min Use large basket,

Chicken Patties 380˚F (195˚C) 12–14 min Turn over halfway through
