INSTALLATIONINSTALLATION
The fryer must be supplied with a connector that
complies with all state and local installation codes.
Any appliance that is not furnished with a power
supply cord but that includes a set of casters must be
tethered. Adequate means must be provided to limit
the movement of this appliance without depending
on or transmitting stress to the electrical conduit.
The following requirements apply:
Castersmustbeamaximumheightof4-inches(102mm).

Such mobile appliances must be installed with the
useofaflexibleconnectorsecuredtothebuilding
structure.
RESTRAINT REQUIREMENTS - MOBILE EQUIPMENT
WARNING
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK.
Appliance must be secured
to building structure.
A mounting connector for a restraining device is
located on the upper back flange of the appliance
chassis,approximately31"(787mm)fromthefloor.
Aflexibleconnectorisnotsuppliedbynorisit
available from the factory.
