Water pressure is low. Water pressure must be between 20 to 100 pounds per
square inch to function properly. A minimum pressure of 35
pounds per square inch is recommended for units with
water filters.
Ice forms in inlet tube to ice
maker
Freezer temperature is too high.
See the controls section in your owner’s manual for
assistance on how to adjust your controls. Freezer is
recommended to be between 0 to 2°F (-18 to –17°C).
Water pressure is low. Water pressure must be between 20 to 100 pounds per
square inch to function properly. A minimum pressure of 35
pounds per square inch is recommended for units with
water filters.

Turn off water supply and remove kinks. If kinks cannot be
removed, replace tubing.
Water flow is slower than

Refrigerator has been recently installed
Water supply in holding tank has been
depleted.
Allow approximately 12 hours for water in holding tank to
chill.
Dispenser water is not cold
Water has settle into water lines outside
holding tank and has warmed to room
temperature.
Discard first glass of water and refill.
