TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Cause Corrective Action
Unit does not have power. The power cord is not correctly plugged
in.
Plug power cord in correctly.
The Control Display is
blank.

Control Board is inoperable. Contact your maintenance person or
Authorized Service agency.
Transformer is inoperable.
No water comes out of the
filter system.
Unit in “STOP” mode Set unit to “RUN” mode.
Optional Inlet Valve (if installed) is
closed.
Open Inlet Valve.
Optional Prefilter (if installed) is plugged. Clean/replace Prefilter.
Optional Check Valve (if installed) is
stuck closed.
Clean/replace Check Valve.
End of capillaries plugged. Clean/replace cartridge.
Valve/Controller Malfunction. Replace Valve(s)/ Controller.
Low water flow/pressure
out of system.

System is flushing. Wait for flush cycle to end.
Flushing program set incorrectly for
water conditions.
Decrease the Flush interval and increase
the flush duration.

Flush runs continuously. Drain Valve(s) stuck open. Replace/rebuild valve(s).
Controller sending continuous signal to
valve(s).
Replace Controller.
Flush runs too long. Program duration set too long. Change flush duration.
Flush occurs at time of
high water usage.
Interval flush set to interfere with high
water usage.
Change interval program time, or consider
time of day flush.

Drain line not positioned properly. Reposition end of drain line.

cant.
O-rings split, cut, or twisted. Replace O-rings.
