Using your oven for proofing dough
RDU/RDV-48 models
Oven use
1
Turn the OVEN MODE knob of the
secondary oven counterclockwise
to PROOF.
The oven will heat to an ideal proofing
temperature (100
o
F) in about 3 minutes.

AFTER 3 MINUTES, place the dough in the
oven in a covered, heatproof bowl.

When risen to the required size,
remove the dough from the oven.
4
Turn the oven mode knob clockwise
back to OFF.
