Dinner recipes
Dinner recipes will cook any of the dinners listed in
the chart by simply following the directions in the
lnteractive Display and on the Recipe Card. Follow
Recipe Card for ingredients and instructions.
• Suppose you want to use Dinner recipes to cook
Yellow Rice and Chicken.

1. YELLOW RICE AND CHICKEN
Place in a 3 quart casserole:
1 package (5 - 8 ounces) yellow rice mix
with flavor packet
2 cups chicken broth
Stir well and cover. Touch dinner recipes, number
1 and touch START/add a minute.
At pause, stir well and add:
1 cup frozen peas
1 red pepper, diced

/4 pounds boneless chicken cutlets,
sliced into thin strips
Re-cover. Touch START/add a minute.
At end, garnish with parsley.
2. DRESSED-UP MEAT LOAF
Mix together well:

/2 pounds lean ground beef
1
/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1
/2 cup red wine
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1
/2 teaspoon salt
1
/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1
/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon
2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
Place in a 9 x 5-inch glass loaf dish.
Touch dinner recipes, number 2 and touch START/
add a minute.
If desired, spread top of meat loaf with
1
/2 cup catsup
during last 2 minutes of cooking time.
At end, remove from oven, cover with foil and allow
to stand 3 to 5 minutes before serving.
