1) Do not pre-heat
Defrosting
Put the food out of the packaging and
set it on a plate on the oven shelf.
Do not cover with a plate or bowl. This
can extend the time to defrost very much.
Put the oven shelf in the first shelf level
from the bottom.

Drying
Oven function: Fan Cooking
Cover the oven shelves with grease proof
paper or baking parchment.
For a better result, stop the oven halfway
through the drying time, open the door
and let it cool down for one night to com-
plete the drying.
