Installation
Door Removal
WARNING
To allow door to close and seal properly, do
not let food packages extend past the front of
the shelves.
If door must be removed:
• Unplugtheunit
• Gentlylayfreezeronitsback,onarugor
blanket.
• Usingaat-tippedscrewdriver,reach
underneath the base panel and gently pry
loose each retainer tab. Remove base panel.
Remove wire from clips on bottom of cabinet.
• Unplugconnectorbyholdingthecabinet
connector in place and pulling the door
connector out.
• Removethebottomhingescrews.
• Removetheplastictophingecover.
• Removethescrewsfromthetophinge.
• Removethetophingefromthecabinet.
• Removethedoorandbottomhingefromthe
cabinet.
• Toreplacedoor,reversetheabove
procedures and securely tighten all screws to
prevent hinge slippage.
If your freezer has an automatic ice maker, please
refer to the insert in the bond pack that came with
yourfreezer(INSTALLATION-CONNECTINGICE
MAKERTOWATERSUPPLY)tocorrectlyhook-up
your ice maker.
