1. If themeat hasfator gristlearoundtheedge,cut
verticalslashesthroughbothabout2 inchesapart.

easiestcleaning.
NOTE: Boththe lowerovenandthemicrowavefans
mayoperateduringlong-termbroil.Thisis normal,
andthefansmaycontinueto run evenaftertheoven

Use of AluminumFoil
You can use aluminumfoilto lineyourbroilerpanandbroilerrack.However,
youmustmoldthefoiltightlyto therackandcutslitsin itjust liketherack.
Withouttheslits,thefoilwillpreventfat andmeatjuicesfromdrainingintothe
broilerpan.Thejuicescouldbecomehotenoughto catchonfire.If you do not
cuttheslits,youarefrying,notbroiling.
