piercingthemeatandlosingjuices.
If desired,marinatemeatsor chickenbeforebroiling,
orbrushwithbarbecuesaucelast5 to 10minutesonly.
Whenarrangingfoodon thepan,do notletfatty
edgeshangoverthe sidesbecausethedrippingfat
willsoiltheoven.
Thebroilerdoesnotneedto bepreheated.However,
forverythinfoods,or to increasebrowning,preheat
