Stainless Steel
Do not use a steel-wool pad; it will scratch
the surface.
To clean stainless steel surfaces, use a hot,
damp cloth with a mild detergent suitable
for stainless steel surfaces. Use a clean, hot,
damp cloth to remove soap. Dry with a dry,
clean cloth.
If food soil remains, try a general
kitchen cleaner.
For hard-to-clean soil, use a standard
stainless-steel cleaner, such as Bon-Ami
®
or Cameo.
®
Apply cleaner with a damp sponge. Use a
clean, hot, damp cloth to remove cleaner.
Dry with a dry, clean cloth. Always scrub
lightly in the direction of the grain.
After cleaning, use a stainless-steel polish,
such as Stainless Steel Magic,
®
Revere
Copper and Stainless Steel Cleaner,
®
or
Wenol All Purpose Metal Polish.
®
Follow
the product instructions for cleaning the
stainless-steel surface.

Replacing the light bulb.
Cooktop Light/Nite Light
Replace with a 120 volt, 20 watt (max.) halogen
bulb. Order WB36X10213 from your GE supplier.
To replace the cooktop light/nite light,
first disconnect the power at the main
fuse or circuit breaker panel, or pull
the plug.
Remove the screw from the side of the
light compartment cover and lower the
cover until it stops.
Be sure the bulb is cool before
removing. Break the adhesive seal
by gently unscrewing the bulb.
Screw in the new bulb, then raise the
light cover and replace the screw.
Connect electrical power to the oven.
