PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE

Cooktop controls improperly set. Check to see that the
correct control is set fl)r the surtace unit you are using.
Incorrect cleaning methods have been used. Scratches are not
removable. Tinv scratches will become less visible in time as a
result of cleaning.
Cookware with rough bottoms being used or coarse particles (salt
or sand) were between the cookware and the surface of the cooktop.
Cookware has been slid across the cooktop sm'tace. To avoid
scratches, use the recommended cleaning procedures. Make sure
bottolllS of cookware are clean befl)re rise, and rise cookware with
Slllooth bottoIl/s,
Food spilloxers not cleaned before the next use. See the Gla.s.s

Hot cooktop came into contact with plastic placed on the hot cooktop.
