TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
The temperature is too low.
The
compressor
doesn’t work
• The refrigerator is in deep
freeze cooling.
• The refrigerator isn’t
powered on.
• The fuse or the circuit
breaker for room has
tripped off.
• There is no line electricity.
• This case is normal for a fridge
automatically. The period of
deep freeze cooling lasts about
30 minutes.
• Make sure the power cord
plug is inserted all the way into
the power outlet.
• Check and change to a new
15A fuse and/or reset the
circuit breaker.
• Check the power line in the
room. Call the local electric
company.
The fridge
runs
frequently
or runs for a
long time.
• The room temperature or
outside temperature is too
high.
• The automatic icemaker is
in operation.
• The doors or drawers are
frequently being opened
and closed.
• The control settings are
settings in freezer and
fresh food are set to a cold
level.
• Door and/or drawer
gasket seals may be dirty,
frayed, or cracked.
• The condenser is dirty.
• In this case it is normal for the
fridge to operate continuously.
• This is normal since the
icemaker adds an extra
workload on the fridge.
• Try to reduce frequency of
door or drawer openings.
• Raise up the compartment
temperatures slightly and
allow 24 hours to reach
new balance.
• Clean off the gaskets and/or
heat slightly with hair dryer so
gasket takes contour of metal
frame.
• Clean the condenser.
