D Do not install the appliance close to sources of heat
such as a boiler or radiator.

into the freezer .
D Food which is to be frozen (when cool) should be
placed in a fridge com partment before being transferred
to the freezer .

opening the door too frequently as warm air will enter
the cabinet and cause the compr essor to swi tch on
unnecessarily often.
D Ensure there are no obstructions pre venting the door
from closing properly .
D After unpacking please dispose of the packaging with
due regard to safety and the envi ronment.

D Av oid damagi ng the coo ling unit, especially at the rear
near the heat exchanger. Check with your local Council or
Envir onmental Health Office to see if there are facilities in
y our area for rec ycling this appliance.
D When the appliance is to be scrapped, cut off the
pow er supply cable and r emove the door, to pre vent young
childr en from being trapped inside.
