Speed Use For Description
STIR STIR
For slow stirring, combining, mashing,
starting all mixing procedures.
SLOW MIXING
For slow beating, mashing and kneading
yeast doughs.
MIXING,
BEATING
For mixing cookie and cake batters.
BEATING,
CREAMING
For beating, creaming and medium fast
whipping.
4 FAST BEATING,
WHIPPING
For whipping heavy cream, egg whites,
and boiled frostings.
FAST WHIPPING
For whipping small amounts of heavy
cream or egg whites.
NOTE: Do not exceed Speed 1 when preparing yeast doughs as this may cause damage
to the mixer.
