Round baking tray HBF 27-1
The round baking tray is suitable for
cooking pizza, shallow cakes made
with yeast or whisked mixtures, sweet
and savoury tarts, baked desserts, flat
bread, and can also be used for frozen
cakes and pizzas.
The enamelled surface has been
treated with PerfectClean.
Baking stone HBS 60
The baking stone is ideal for items
which need a well baked base such as
pizza, quiche, bread, bread rolls and
savoury snacks.
The baking stone is made from heat
retaining fire brick and is glazed.
Place it directly on the rack.
A paddle made of untreated wood is
supplied with it for placing food on the
baking stone and taking it off.
HUB oven dish and HBD oven dish
lid
The Miele oven dish, unlike other oven
dishes, slides into the oven on the side
rails. It has non-tip safety notches like
the universal tray to prevent it being
pulled out too far.
It also has a non-stick coating.
The Miele oven dishes are either 22 cm
or 35 cm deep. The width and height
are the same.
Lids are also available. These are
ordered separately.
