1. Auto Reheat
Pre-cooked foods are reheated automatically by setting the
food’s weight. You need not select power level or reheating
time. The foods should be at refrigerator temperature
(5-7°C). Use suitable size microwave safe bowl, add 1-4
tbsp of water, and cover with a microwave safe plastic warp.
Stir after beep sounds. After cooking, stir the food.
Note: When reheating items such as soups, stews, and
casseroles, it is recommended that they are stirred at half of
reheating time and at completion of reheating.
2. Vegetables
Suitable for cooking all types of leaf, green and soft
varieties, including broccoli, squash, cauliflower, cabbage,
asparagus, beans, celery, zucchini, spinach, capsicum or
a mixture of these. All vegetables should be trimmed or
prepared and cut into even size pieces. Add 2-4 tablespoons
water if vegetables appear slightly dehydrated. Add water if
you prefer a softer cooked texture. Place in a suitable size
dish. Butter, herbs etc. may be added before heating, but do
not add salt until serving. Cover with plastic wrap or a well
fitting lid. Stir after beep sounds.
3. Frozen Vegetables
Suitable for all types of frozen vegetables, like frozen peas,
sweetcorn or mixed vegetables. Place prepared vegetables
into a container. Add 2-6 tablespoons of water. Cover with
pierced cling film or lid. The oven will 'beep' to prompt you to
stir the vegetables.
4. Potatoes
Potatoes can be trimmed or prepared and cut into evenly
sliced pieces. If you cook whole potatoes, you can pierce
first. If dehydrated or softer texture is desired. Place in a
appropriate size dish and cover with plastic wrap or well
fitting lid. Halfway through the cooking time, the oven will
'beep' to prompt you to stir potatoes.
5. Fresh Pasta
Suitable for cooking fresh pasta. Place the pasta into a
suitable size microwave-safe dish with boiling water. Use the
following as a guide:
Pasta Boiling Water
150 g 3 cups
250 g 4 cups
375 g 5 cups
Leave dish uncovered. The oven will 'beep' to prompt you
to stir.
6. Dried Pasta
Suitable for cooking dried pasta. Place the pasta into a
suitable size microwave-safe dish with boiling water. Use the
following as a guide:
Pasta Boiling Water
150 g 4 cups
250 g 5 cups
375 g 6 cups
Add a little oil before cooking to prevent pasta from sticking
together. Cook without lid. Stir after beep sounds.
7. Casserole Rice
It is suitable for cooking white rice including short, long grain,
jasmine and basmati. Place rice in a suitable size microwave
safe casserole. Add recommended water listed below. Allow
at least ½ depth of volume for evaporation to prevent boiling
over. Cover with lid.

8. Fish
It is suitable for cooking whole fish and fish fillets. Put the
prepared fish in a microwave safe dish. Add recommended
sauce and water listed below. Cover dish securely with
plastic wrap.
Fish Recommended Sauce and Water
100 g 1 tbsp sauce and little water
200 g 2 tbsps sauce and little water
300 g 3 tbsps sauce and little water
400 g 4 tbsps sauce and little water
9. Chicken
It is suitable for cooking chicken pieces such as wings,
drumsticks, thighs, half breasts etc. Pierce the chicken
pieces before cooking. Place prepared chicken pieces in a
suitable size microwave safe casserole. Add 1-5 tbsp oil if
desired. Cover with lid. Stir after beep sounds.
