JCS/THG,LLCauthorizedpersonnel,isshowntohavefailedinnormaluseduetodefectsinmaterialorworkmanship.JCS/THG,
LLCwilldeterminewhethertorepairorreplacetheunit.ThisWarrantydoesnotapplytoinstallationexpenses.
C. Operatingthis unitunderconditionsother thanthoserecommendedor atvoltagesotherthan thevoltageindicatedonthe unit,
orattempting toserviceormodify the unit, willrender thisWARRANTYVOID.
D. Unless otherwiseproscribedby law,JCS/THG,LLC shallnotbeliable foranypersonalinjury,property oranyincidentalor
consequentialdamage ofanykindresulting frommalfunctions,defects,misuse,improper installation oralterationofthis
