6.2.1 Daily inspection
Perform daily inspection of the items listed in the Table 6-2. If the check finds any
abnormal event, stop system operation and turn off the main power supply.
Request for service promptly.

Function check The lamp is ON.
Circulating fluid
temperature
Confirm the reading on the
LCD screen
Normal temperature should be assured for system
use.
Circulating fluid
outlet pressure
Confirm the reading on the
circulating fluid pressure
gauge
Normal pressure should be assured for system use.
Refrigerant high
pressure
Confirm the reading on the
refrigerant high pressure
gauge
Normal flow rate should be assured for system use.
Operating
condition
Operating condition check No abnormal noise, vibration, odor and smoke
Facility water
Check of facility water
condition
Temperature, flow rate, and pressure fall within the
specified range.
If the above check finds any abnormal event, bring the unit to a halt and turn off
the main breaker. Make sure to perform lockout and tagout before requesting
technical service.
