16. Turn the paddle motor off.
17. Turn the chill switch off.
NOTE: If you require slightly denser ice-
cream, leave the chill switch on for a further
5 to 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, the chill
switch should be turned off and the ice-
cream transferred to an airtight container and
placed into the freezer. Leaving the ice-cream
in the cylinder for longer than 10 minutes
will make it difficult to remove.
18. Lightly press the release button and
then remove the paddle motor with
transparent lid by rotating anti-clockwise.

19. Remove the paddle from the mixture.
20. Remove the removable cylinder from
the appliance. Only use plastic, wooden
or rubber utensils to serve from the
removable cylinder. Metal or sharp
utensils may damage the removable
cylinder.
