Theory of Operation
The TurboChef
®
High h Batch 2
TM
oven circulates
impinged air at speeds of up to 60 mph to create
high heat transfer rates and reduce cook time. The
technology includes utilizing a variable speed blower,
oscillating rack, and catalytic converter, resulting in
minimal energy input, high food quality, and UL®-
certified ventless operation.
